Are you feeling frustrated not knowing what or how to eat?
Does your relationship to food and body feel out of control?
Are you feeling as if your negative thoughts about food or your body are consuming most of your time throughout the day?
Have you excluded major food groups or feeling excessive guilt or anxiety around eating certain foods?
Do you engage in restricting, binge eating, purging, over-exercising or yo-yo dieting as a means to control weight?
Are you wanting to feel less controlled over food and your physical appearance?
If you answered “yes” to any of the above statements, nutritional services can help you. We individualize treatment to meet each individual’s needs, and where each person is at in their recovery process. Recovery from an eating disorder and/or disordered eating looks different for every individual. We will work together to set goals that fit your individual needs and desires. It is important to know that therapy is a space for anyone who wants support to live their authentic self, and not just for someone with an eating disorder diagnosis. We utilize an integrative approach, and Health At Every Size (HAES) framework to treat Eating Disorders and other food/weight concerns.
