Are you tired of feeling as if you are not good enough?

Are you feeling as if your negative thoughts about food or your body are consuming most of your time throughout the day?

Do you struggle with your relationship with food?
Do you engage in restricting, binge eating, purging, or over-exercising?
Are you wanting to feel less controlled over food and your physical appearance?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above statements, Eating Disorder therapy can help you. We individualize treatment to meet each individual’s needs, and where each person is at in their recovery process. Recovery from an eating disorder and/or disordered eating looks different for every individual. We will work together to set goals that fit your individual needs and desires. It is important to know that therapy is a space for anyone who wants support to live their authentic self, and not just for someone with an eating disorder diagnosis. We utilize an integrative approach, and Health At Every Size (HAES) framework to treat Eating Disorders and other food/weight concerns.
