Rachel’s goal is to help each client identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that lead to problematic behaviors, non-judgmentally process through emotions, and ultimately help to create a life that is aligned with their values.

Rachel has always been passionate about helping others achieve full recovery from an eating disorder because she has had her own struggles with an eating disorder, and was able to achieve recovery herself. Recovery is a journey that one does not have to walk through alone.
