I have over four years of clinical experience in community mental health, supporting individuals with a range of mental health concerns, including eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I have also worked in elementary schools, using art therapy to help children process emotions, build coping skills, and explore self-expression. In addition to individual therapy, I have experience facilitating groups and value the power of social connection in fostering growth and recovery.
